Progression is C#m, A, B, F# (Verses and chorus)

To reproduce the sound that Andrew gets, try lifting and refretting
the bar finger after you have strummed the chord once; also play the
bar chords with the bar finger only fretting the low E string for that
airy sound.  After he really gets going, he starts to play the same progression,
but inserts a quick E chord in between the changes for just one downstroke.
 So then it would be:

C#m (E) A (E) B (E) F#
